The Norafin® Group - Our Organizational Structure
The Norafin® Group has a clear international corporate structure. Norafin Verwaltungs GmbH, which is headquartered in Mildenau, serves as the parent company, coordinating the business divisions and strategic developments of the entire group. Operating subsidiaries include Norafin Industries (Germany) GmbH and Norafin Technologies GmbH. Norafin Industries (Germany) GmbH focuses on nonwoven production, while Norafin Technologies GmbH primarily deals with research and development, as well as new manufacturing technologies. Norafin Verwaltungs GmbH also holds a 40% stake in the Austrian company Stepptex Ges.m.b.H., thereby expanding the group's product portfolio to include innovative quilted composites. Norafin Americas Inc., a subsidiary of Norafin Industries (Germany) GmbH, is based in Mills River, North Carolina and primarily produces nonwovens for the American continent.
This structure enables us to strategically pool expertise from production, research and our global market presence. Customers thus benefit from a broad portfolio of technical nonwoven solutions tailored to their individual requirements. Integrating the business units also strengthens the company’s innovative capacity and ability to solve complex industry challenges.
